Csongor Kozma was born on January 25, 1971, and was raised in Davos (Grisons) by1Hungarian parents. After training as an elementary school teacher at the teacher training college in Schiers (Grisons), he studied theology and social, cultural and religious studies in Fribourg, Jerusalem and Bern. He worked for six-and-a-half years in various positions at the Federal Office of Public Health and most recently as deputy secretary general of the National Advisory Commission on Biomedical Ethics. For twelve years he was secretary of the Executive Board and the Foundation Board of the Health Promotion Switzerland foundation, where he was also in charge of human resources management for nine years. During his employment he earned an "Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) in Leadership and Management" degree from the Bern University of Applied Sciences with a master's thesis in the field of business ethics. Since August 2020 he has been Director of the "Paulus Akademie" in Zurich. Csongor Kozma was one of the first to practice Qwan Ki Do in 1986 in the newly founded Swiss Qwan Ki Do Union in Davos. He is Secretary General of the “World Union of Qwan Ki Do and Sino-vietnamese Martial Arts” and President of the "Fédération Européenne de Qwan Ki Do a – Arts Martiaux Sinovietnamiens." In terms of his competitive achievements, Csongor Kozma has won numerous national and international prizes in the black-belt technical categories, weapons categories and black-belt fighting. He participated in all European and World Championships until the one in Morocco 2011, placing on the podium each time.

Dr. M. Suraess is a medical doctor, visionary entrepreneur, and dedicated politician whose multifaceted contributions span healthcare, community service, and cultural preservation. With an unwavering passion for healthcare, he is the proud Founder and CEO of GY Healthcare Group, one of Malaysia’s leading healthcare organizations with 15 branches of GY Polyclinic. His vision is rooted in providing accessible and high-quality medical services to communities, bridging the gap between healthcare and social welfare. Beyond his role in healthcare, Dr. Suraess actively serves the community through his political involvement with the Malaysian Indian Congress (MIC), striving to uplift society and create meaningful impact in the lives of Malaysians. His leadership reflects a balance of professional excellence, community dedication, and cultural pride. A passionate advocate of Silambam, the ancient Tamil martial art, Dr. Suraess began his journey in 1996 at SMK Sultan Badlishah under Master Raveendran. His dedication led him to competitive success, securing medals at both state and national levels between 1999 and 2001, and earning his black belt in 2002. His leadership in Silambam has been equally significant—chairing multiple state and national tournaments from 2017 to 2019, leading Malaysian contingents to prestigious international events in Korea and India, and hosting the World Tournament in Kulim, Kedah, in 2019. Dr. Suraess has also played a pivotal role in institutional leadership. He served as Deputy President of the Kedah State Silambam Association in 2007, and as its President from 2009 to 2023.
